Our Customer Service Center is at the core of our Bank by Phone service. A highly trained Mechanics Bank Customer Service Representative is on-call 7 days a week to personally answer your calls:

Monday-Friday 7am-11pm,
Saturday and Sunday 7am-4:00pm

We call it Banking by Phone with a person(ality). Our customer service representatives can perform many of your everyday banking functions. They include:

  • Checking balances

  • Checking transactions

  • Providing loan payoff amounts

  • Transferring funds from one account to another

  • Opening a new account

  • Placing stop payments

  • Placing check orders

  • Answering inquiries regarding overdrafts

  • Transfering your call to a specialist in the appropriate department (during regular banking hours)
